When booking appointments online we will ask for a £20 deposit to secure your booking. We may ask for a 50% deposit for some colour appointments.
Cancellations and changes to your appointment
We request that you provide us with 48 hours notice if you need to cancel your appointment. In this instance, you will be eligible for a refund, but you will need to contact the salon to request this, it’s not an automated process. Refunds may take up to 7 days.
If you wish to change your appointment to another time/date please give us 24 hours notice, so that we can make sure this is possible. In this instance, your deposit will remain on account. If we cannot reschedule your appointment for any reason, the deposit will be lost.
No refunds will be offered for late cancellation, failure to attend the appointment or if we are unable to accommodate late arrivals.
Gift Vouchers are non refundable and are valid for 12 months from the purchase date. They will not be accepted after the expiry date. Vouchers may be used for services or product purchases only. Vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash, sold or transferred. You are not under obligation to use the full value of your vouchers during one session. Late cancellation and missed appointments will attract the same deduction from the voucher as a deposited appointment.
Guests who have not had a colour service before, or have not had a colour service for over six months at Guy Christian must make arrangements for a colour allergy test. Allergy tests must take place no later than 48 hours before a colour service appointment. Cancellation fees may apply if you do not visit us to have an allergy test performed in good time.
