On 11 September 2022 Christian will be racing in the Ironman Wales challenge in Tenby. For anyone brave enough to take it on, Ironman consists of a 2.4 mile swim followed by a 112 mile bike ride and finished off with a 26.2 mile marathon (all on the same day!).
To make the challenge really worthwhile, Christian will be raising money for the Wales Air Ambulance Charity along the way.
It’s not his first time giving the course a go – last year he made a bit of a splash by undertaking his own unofficial Ironman challenge after the event was cancelled. Read all about Christian’s experience as a lone Ironman.
To support Christian and this worthwhile charity, we’ll be selling raffle tickets in our salon receptions. Tickets are £2 each and you can buy as many as you’d like!
